Deadline: Registration is closed as of Monday,12 January 2026 (IST)
Pay the registration fee as per your category:
  • Students: ₹500
  • Authors / Academia / Government: ₹1,000
  • Industry Participants: ₹2,500
You will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration and payment.

Accommodation & Travel

“Travel and Accommodation options closed as of Saturday, 10th January, 2026.”
Limited accommodation will be available at the IIT Madras hostels and will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Accommodation is for registered participants only.
  • Accommodation will be arranged only through the conference organizing committee. Direct hostel bookings are not permitted.
  • Travel reimbursement will be provided equivalent to the 2nd AC train fare for travel to and from the participant’s base location, subject to submission of valid supporting documents.
Detailed information regarding accommodation allocation will be communicated to eligible participants after registration confirmation.

Mandatory Registration for Participation

Registration Fee Policy

All participants – including paper authors, workshop attendees, and general participants are required to register for ISEA–ISAP 2026. A registration fee must be paid at the time of registration as per the applicable category.

The registration fee is non-refundable and covers participation in all conference activities, workshops, and sessions.

Paper Presentation Requirement

At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper in person at the conference.
Failure to present the paper will result in it not being included in the official event documentation or any future publication.

Paper Limit Per Author

Each registered author may present up to two accepted papers, provided the author lists are identical across both papers.

Authorship Policy

No changes to the list of authors will be permitted in the camera-ready version of the paper.
Only those listed in the originally submitted manuscript will be recognized as authors.

What Registration Includes

  • Access to all tutorials, workshops, and technical sessions
  • Conference kit
  • Lunch and refreshments on all conference days
  • Banquet dinner on the designated evening

No-Show Policy

Any accepted paper that is not presented in person by a registered author will be considered a no-show and will not be included in post-conference documentation or showcased in any public form.
 Attendance and presentation are mandatory for recognition.
