Welcome to the official registration page for ISEA-ISAP 2026, a flagship event bringing together researchers, industry professionals, and students in the field of information security and applied privacy. This year’s edition is free to attend, and open to all interested participants, subject to the registration guidelines below.

Who Should Register?

  • Authors of accepted papers
  • Workshop, tutorial, and seminar participants
  • Researchers, faculty, students, and professionals interested in cybersecurity, privacy, and emerging technologies

Registration Process

  • 1. Fill out the online registration form (link will be provided here once open).
  • 2. Pay the refundable caution deposit of INR 2000 through the payment portal.
  • 3. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration and payment.

Guidelines:

1. Mandatory Registration for Participation

All participants — including paper authors, workshop attendees, and general participants — are required to register for ISEA-ISAP 2026. There is no registration fee, but a fully refundable caution deposit of INR 2000 must be paid at the time of registration.

2. Caution Deposit Policy

  • The caution deposit will be refunded in full only upon verified attendance in all assigned workshops, tutorials, and seminars.
  • Participants who fail to attend the required sessions will forfeit the caution deposit, regardless of the reason for absence.
  • Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the event, based on verified attendance records.

3. Paper Presentation Requirement

At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper in person at the conference. Failure to do so will result in the paper not being considered for inclusion in the official event documentation or any future publication.

4. Paper Limit Per Author

Each registered author may present up to two accepted papers, provided the author lists are the same.

5. Authorship Policy

No changes to the list of authors will be permitted in the camera-ready version of the paper. Only those listed in the originally submitted manuscript will be recognized.

6. What Registration Includes

  • Access to all tutorials, workshops, and technical sessions
  • Conference kit
  • Lunch and refreshments on all conference days
  • Banquet dinner on the designated evening

7. Registration Process

Participants must complete the registration process — including submission of the refundable caution deposit — before the final submission of camera-ready papers. Details for the registration portal and payment process will be published on the official conference website.

No-Show Policy

Any accepted paper that is not presented in person by a registered author will be considered a no-show and will not be included in post-conference documentation or showcased in any public form. Presence at the conference is mandatory for recognition.
